Unique designs
Our unique designs are one of the key selling points of our salt cave installations. We believe that a salt therapy room should really reflect the natural caves that it has been inspired by: so we strongly recommend that you use our design team to its fullest capabilities! We can fit any existing room with a unique salt cave design: just follow some simple preparation steps (we'll help you with those too) and the rest is up to your imagination. Or, if you prefer, we can recommend a classic salt cave design for you that replicates the magical Eastern European caves that inspire the treatment.

The preparation for one of our unique designs is simple, straightforward and mostly just standard health and safety procedure. You can apply to us at any time for a full list of necessary room specifications – and of course we are always happy to come out and check that the room you wish to use has been prepared correctly. Most importantly: you need smooth tiled floors, as per health and safety requirements for the salt cave; you need a steady ambient temperature of around 23 degrees Centigrade; and you need to have solid walls that will not encourage the formation of mould or mildew. Once you've made sure (with our help and advice) that the room you are going to install your salt cave in is ready, it's time to talk design.

The atmosphere of a genuine salt cave is spacious, alluring and almost mythically gorgeous. Light glinting off salt crystals embedded in the rock; majestic stalactites and stalagmites; pristine white hollows. We recommend replicating these effects in your salt cave installation – the appearance and feel of the room will stay with your clients for as long as the effects of their treatment. Indeed, the look and atmosphere of a good salt cave is as much a part of the treatment as the ionised salt pumped into the air by the halogenerator: we realise our unique designs with perfect imitation cave walls, hanging stalactites and peaceful lighting. Light is particularly important: we'd suggest a proper lighting scheme, using restful coloured lights to enhance the salt cave's dimensions, atmosphere and feeling of space.
